Yogi, Meditation and Mindfulness Facilitator

Emma is passionate about sharing ways to live an authentic and connected life. A yoga and meditation teacher, writer, presenter, Emma is also the co-founder of The Mindful Morning Collective, Ritual Retreats and The Mindful Business Academy. She runs retreats, workshops, events and speaks on health and wellbeing around Australia as well as internationally.

Emma’s yoga classes are strong, dynamic and grounded in mindful movement. Her classes see students moving in new ways and learning to connect and listen to their bodies, offering an experience of deep self-awareness. Emma aims to empower her students to take the lessons learnt on the mat with them into daily life.

We love that Emma is about authentic sharing, community and abundance. She was personally selected to be one of the first 1 Giant Mind Meditation Facilitators to help make meditation accessible for everyone. Meditation is a daily practise for Emma, she believes in embodying the principles in which she teaches. Her Yoga workshops and 1 Giant Mind Meditation Course at Heal’r is the summation of everything she lives for.

Before discovering yoga and meditation as her full time profession, Emma was in PR and marketing, travelling the world working in a corporate industry she still connects with today. She is a lululemon ambassador and writes regularly for Body+Soul and The Urban List on all things health and wellbeing. Emma’s travelling now takes her to teach at festivals and events around the world. When she’s in Melbourne, you can hear Emma’s infectious laugh at Heal’r.
